Day 1: Arrival Arusha


On arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, our expert guide/driver will meet you and drive you to Kibo Palace Hotel or similar for overnight stay.

Day 2: Arusha – Tarangire National Park


Breakfast at your hotel followed by a short briefing session on the tour program. Leave Arusha town and drive into Tarangire National Park to arrive in good time for lunch, Afternoon game drives followed by dinner and overnight stay at Tarangire Sopa Lodge or similar

Tarangire National Park offers wide panoramas of open acacia woodland and savannah grass, huge herds Elephants of about two hundred strong and other unique residents, such as fringe-eared Oryx and Lesser Kudu roam free, Lion, Cheetah and Leopard.

Day 3: Tarangire –Serengeti National via Olduvai Gorge


Breakfast then proceed to Serengeti National Park via Ngorongoro Conservation Malanja Depression towards Olduvai Gorge. This desert like gorge lies at the foot of the Ngorongoro highlands and is world-renowned site as a repository for the remains of vast numbers of animals that roamed these plains many years ago. We will visit the museum featuring the famous Zinj skull, the Zinjanthropus men of 1.8 million years ago, whose remains were found by Dr. Leakey. You travel further on to Serengeti National Park for a full afternoon game viewing drives with picnic lunches. Dinner and overnight stay at Serengeti Serena Lodge or similar.

Day 4 & 5 Serengeti National Park

Full days spent exploring the park. Morning and afternoon game drives are offered. Dinner and overnight stay at Serengeti Serena Lodge or similar

Serengeti National Park

Serengeti is Africa’s most famous and Tanzania’s largest park covering 14,736 sq. km and is annexed with the Masai Mara National reserve in Kenya. A wildebeest population of about 2 million and several other hoofed species (which include zebra, Thomson’s gazelle, impala, topi, Grants gazelle, Kongoni, Eland, Kirk’s dik dik, klipspringer, roan, Oryx, oribi, waterbuck, buffalo, giraffe and warthog) call the Serengeti home and therefore the park is sure to attract a string of predator such as lion, leopard, cheetah, hyena, golden jackals and bat eared foxes.  Elephants are relatively scarce with the few remaining black rhinos being restricted to the Moru Koppies area. Wonderful Serengeti is a haven for bird viewing with ostrich and kori bustard being common, a variety of larks, finches, and raptors can be seen while the most distinctive small bird is the lilac breasted roller.

Day 6: Serengeti - Ngorongoro.

We view game as we drive southeast up into the magnificent Ngorongoro Conservation. A whole afternoon crater tour followed by dinner and overnight stay at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge or similar by the crater rim.

The Ngorongoro crater is the world’s biggest whole volcanic caldera at 8300 Sq. Km and is a most stunning arena, frequently described as one of the wonders of the world, not only because of its topographical magnificence, but also due to the fact that  its an extraordinary natural sanctuary for some of Africa’s largest populations of large mammals.  Ngorongoro and other free standing mountains are volcanic in origin, formed during the formation of the fracturing process that created the Rift Valley 15 to 20 million years ago.  When  Ngorongoro peaked in size 3 million years ago it was a similar height to Mt. Kilimanjaro today.

Day 7 Ngorongoro – Lake Manyara National park

Depart from the lodge soon after breakfast and proceed to Lake Manyara National Park for a full afternoon game drives with packed lunches. Dinner and overnight stay at your lodge.

Lake Manyara National Park

Lake Manyara is a shallow, alkaline lake that is part of the wall of the Rift Valley. The lake is at the base of this dramatic western escarpment giving it a beautiful and serene setting. In addition to this peaceful setting, Lake Manyara’s main attractions are its rich bird life, tree climbing lions and its hippos, which you can see at a closer range than many other places.  Lake Manyara also hosts thousands of flamingos at certain times of the year and has diverse vegetation ranging from savannah, to marshes and acacia woodland, enabling a variety of wildlife habitats including butterflies.

Day 8: Lake Manyara – Zanzibar

Breakfast at leisure then proceed to Arusha Town where you take lunch before proceeding to Kilimanjaro Airport to board your afternoon flight to Zanzibar. On arrival at Zanzibar, our representative will meet you and drive you to Ocean Paradise Beach Resort or similar to start your beach holiday.

Day 9, 10 and11: Zanzibar

Days spent sunbathing and relaxing in the white sand while for the active there are many watersports availabe in the  beach resort. Optional excursion to Stone town, Prison Island, Spice tours, Sunset cruises can be arranged at an extra cost.

Day 12: Zanzibar – Nairobi-Kilimanjaro-Departure

Transfer to the airport to board your flight to Nairobi arriving in good connecting time with your home bound flight

Day 1: Arrival Arusha


On arrival at Kilimanjaro international airport, our expert guide/driver will meet you and drive you to Kibo Palace hotel or similar for overnight stay.

Day 2: Arusha – Tarangire National Park


Breakfast at your hotel followed by briefing session on the tour program. Leave Arusha town and drive into Tarangire National Park to arrive in good time for lunch, Afternoon game drives followed by dinner and overnight stay at Tarangire Sopa Lodge or similar

Tarangire National Park offers wide panoramas of open acacia woodland and savannah grass, huge herds Elephants of about two hundred strong and other unique residents, such as fringe-eared Oryx and Lesser Kudu roam free, Lion, Cheetah and Leopard.

Day 3: Tarangire –Serengeti National via Olduvai Gorge


Breakfast then proceed to Serengeti National Park via Ngorongoro Conservation Malanja Depression towards Olduvai Gorge. This desert like gorge lies at the foot of the Ngorongoro highlands and is world-renowned site as a repository for the remains of vast numbers of animals that roamed these plains many years ago. We will visit the museum featuring the famous Zinj skull, the Zinjanthropus men of 1.8 million years ago, whose remains were found by Dr. Leakey. You travel further on To Serengeti National Park for a full afternoon game viewing drives with picnic lunches. Dinner and overnight stay at Serengeti Serena Lodge or similar.

Day 4 & 5 Serengeti National Park

Full days spent exploring the park. Morning and afternoon game drives are offered. Dinner and overnight stay at Serengeti Serena Lodge or similar

Serengeti National Park

Serengeti is Africa’s most famous and Tanzania’s largest park covering 14,736 sq. km and is annexed with the Masai Mara National reserve in Kenya. a wildebeest population of about 2 million and several other hoofed species (which include zebra, Thomson’s gazelle, impala, topi, Grants gazelle, Kongoni, Eland, Kirk’s dik dik, klipspringer, roan, Oryx, oribi, waterbuck, buffalo, giraffe and warthog)call the Serengeti home and therefore the park is sure to attract a string of prey such as lion, leopard, cheetah, hyena, golden jackals and bat eared foxes.  Elephants are relatively scarce with the few remaining black rhinos being restricted to the Moru Koppies area. Wonderful Serengeti is a haven for bird viewing with ostrich and kori bustard being common, a variety of larks, finches, and raptors can be seen while the most distinctive small bird is the lilac breasted roller.

Day 6: Serengeti - Ngorongoro.

We view game as we drive southeast up into the magnificent Ngorongoro Conservation. A whole afternoon crater tour followed by dinner and overnight stay at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge or similar by the crater rim.

The Ngorongoro crater is the world’s biggest whole volcanic caldera at 8300 Sq. Km and is a most stunning arena, frequently described as one of the wonders of the world, not only because of its topographical magnificence, but also due to the fact that  its an extraordinary natural sanctuary for some of Africa’s largest populations of large mammals.  Ngorongoro and other free standing mountains are volcanic in origin, formed during the formation of the fracturing process that created the Rift valley 15 to 20 million years ago.  When it peaked in size 3 million years ago it was a similar height to Mt. Kilimanjaro today.

Day 7 Ngorongoro – Lake Manyara National park

Depart from the lodge soon after breakfast and proceed to Lake Manyara National Park for a full afternoon game drives with packed lunches. Dinner and overnight stay at your lodge,

Lake Manyara National Park

Lake Manyara is a shallow, alkaline lake that is part of the wall of the Rift Valley. The lake is at the base of this dramatic western escarpment giving it a beautiful and serene setting. In addition to this peaceful setting, Lake Manyara’s main attractions are its rich bird life, tree climbing lions and its hippos, which you can see at a closer range than many other places.  Lake Manyara also hosts thousands of flamingos at certain times of the year and has diverse vegetation ranging from savannah, to marshes and acacia woodland, enabling a variety of wildlife habitats including butterflies.

Day 8: Lake Manyara – Zanzibar

Breakfast at leisure then proceed to Arusha town where you take lunch before proceeding to Kilimanjaro airport to board your afternoon flight to Zanzibar. On arrival at Zanzibar, our representative will meet you and drive you to Ocean Paradise Beach Resort or similar to start your beach holiday.

Day 9, 10 and11: Zanzibar

Days spent sunbathing and relaxing in the white sand beach resort. Optional excursion to Stone town, Prison Island, Spice tours, Sunset cruises can be arranged at an extra cost.

Day 12: Zanzibar – Nairobi-Kilimanjaro-Departure

Transfer to the airport to board your flight to Nairobi arriving in good connecting time with your home bound flight
